Among the energy loss, the part consumed by the non-condensing gases (such as high temperature gas, high-temperature compressed air, high-temperature furnace gas, high-temperature flue gas and so on) is the most common and the most negligible. Regarding to the recovery working condition of non-condensing gases, selection of heat exchanger is the most important. The heat transmission effectiveness for non-condensate gas of Ordinary plate heat exchanger and shell and tube exchanger are very low, and they are bulky, so it is very difficult for maintenance. LongEn ST adopt dedicated non-symmetric flow plate heat exchanger which allows the above-mentioned issues have a good solution. For most of the non-symmetric flow, the non-symmetric flow of brazing heat exchanger and all-welded heat exchanger have the characteristics of high-efficiency, compact, high-strength and dedicated for heat exchanging of gas. The unique pattern design of heat exchanger plate is applied for heat exchanging of gas/liquid, one side of which is designed for large flow of low-pressure gas and the other side is designed for a small flow of high-pressure liquid.
